|Grated paneer||1 Cup (16 tbs) (cottage cheese)|
|Fresh curd||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated carrot||5 Tablespoon|
|Grated radish||5 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped celery||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry red chili flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry red chili flakes||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Grated carrot||2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. In a blender, combine paneer and curd. Blend until smooth.
2. Into a bowl, transfer the paneer curd mixture and add grated carrot, radish, celery, chili flakes, and salt. Mix well. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
3. Garnish with dry red chili flakes, carrot, and celery.
4. Serve chilled with crackers/ chips or pita.
