Watermelon and Feta Cheese Salad by Tarla Dalal

This watermelon and feta cheese salad is a very unusual, quick and easy. The combination of watermelon with feta cheese and honey dressing taste really good.

Ingredients

Watermelon cubes 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Black olives halves 2 Tablespoon
Mint leaves 20 (15
For feta cheese
Grated paneer 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (cottage cheese)
Thick curd 2 Tablespoon
Salt 3/4 Teaspoon
Vinegar 1/2 Teaspoon
For honey dressing
Honey 2 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Salt and ground black pepper To Taste
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY

For Feta Cheese:

1. In a plate, combine grated paneer, curd, salt and vinegar. Mix well. Spread evenly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

MAKING

For Dressing:

2. In a bowl, mix honey, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

3. Just before serving, place the watermelon cubes, little feta cheese, olives and mint leaves on a plate.

SERVING

4. Pour the prepared honey dressing over it and serve immediately.
