Corn pakodas is a perfect recipe to make and eat garma garam with a hot cup of chai.


Grated sweet corn kernels 1 Cup (16 tbs) , remove excess water if any
Sweet corn kernels 2 Tablespoon
Finely chopped coriander 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Green chili paste 2 Teaspoon
Rice flour 2 1/2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For deep frying)



1. In a bowl, combine grated corn, corn kernels, coriander, green chili paste, rice flour, and salt. Mix well.

2. In a skillet, heat oil, drop a little mixture and deep-fry at least 8-10 at a time on a high flame until golden brown.


3. Serve immediately with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
