Healthy Green Curry, multi-nutrient recipe for pregnant ladies!


Butter 1 Tablespoon
Finely chopped spring onion whites 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Quick cooking rolled oats 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Boiled carrot pieces 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Blanched babycorn 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , cut into roundels
Boiled cauliflower florets 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Spring onion greens 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
For green paste
Chopped coriander 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Garlic cloves 6 (5
Ginger piece 1
Green chilies 4 (3
Lemon juice 1/2 Tablespoon



For Green Paste:

1. In mixer, add coriander, garlic, ginger, green chili and lemon juice. Using enough water, grind it into a smooth paste.


2. In a pan, melt butter and saute the spring onion whites over medium flame for 2-3 minutes or until translucent.

3. Add oats, saute for 2 minutes, then add green paste and ½ cup of water. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

4. Stir in carrots, baby corn, and cauliflower. Season with salt, pour another ½ cup of water, stir and cook for 1 minute.

5. Sprinkle spring onion greens and give it a good stir.


6. Serve immediately.
