The hariyali paneer potato pancake is a versatile preparation that is classy enough to serve at parties and tasty enough to please kids! it is a double-decker with one scrumptious paneer-potato pancake placed below a nutritious palak-methi pancake layer. Topped with pizza sauce, it becomes a true taste-bud tickler!


For the spinach layer
Chopped spinach 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Finely chopped onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Finely chopped green chili 1/2 Teaspoon
Chopped fenugreek leaves 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , finely chopped
Salt To Taste
For paneer potato pancake
Grated paneer 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (cottage cheese)
Boiled grated potatoes 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Finely chopped green chili 2 Teaspoon
Finely chopped coriander 1 Tablespoon
Plain flour 1 Tablespoon
Other ingredients
Oil 1 Tablespoon (For greasing and cooking)
Pizza sauce 5 Tablespoon , divided
Grated paneer 5 Teaspoon , divided (cottage cheese)



For Spinach Layer

1. In a non-stick griddle, heat oil, and saute onion over medium flame for 1-2 minutes.

2. Add green chili and saute for a few seconds and then add spinach, fenugreek leaves and salt. Stir occasionally and cook for 1-2 minutes.

3. Divide the mixture into 5 equal portions and set aside.

For Potato Pancake

4. In a bowl, mix grated paneer, grated potato, salt, green chili, coriander, and flour.

5. Divide the mixture into 5 equal portions and shape each into thin flat round pancake. Set aside.


6. Heat a non-stick griddle and grease it lightly with oil. Place the potato pancakes on it, cook using a little oil, until golden brown on both sides.

7. Spread 1 portion of the spinach layer over each pancake. Top it with 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce and 1 teaspoon of paneer. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.


8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
