Kadhi is prepared with variation in almost all Indian states. This Gujarati style dish has a sweet and sour taste which makes it a must try.

GETTING READY
1. In a bowl add yogurt, cinnamon powder, sugar, singhare ka atta, and salt to taste. Mix them together to make a smooth paste.
2. Pour water and mix well. Set aside.
MAKING
3. In a hot pan add vegetable oil, add dry red chilies, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
4. As soon as the curry leaves splutter, add the yogurt mixture and stir well.
5. Add chopped coriander leave, stir well and let it come to a boil. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
SERVING
6. Serve hot.
