Here is a delicious and filling chicken dish that tastes great with paratha, naan or roti.
Boneless chicken breast | 3 , cut into strips | |
Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
Onion | 1 , slice | |
Red chili powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Coriander powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Cumin powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Crushed black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Dry mango powder | 1/2 Teaspoon (Aamchoor) | |
Capsicum | 1/2 , slice | |
Chopped green chili | 1 Teaspoon | |
Tomato paste | 3 Tablespoon | |
Tomato sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
Tomato | 1 Small , chopped finely | |
Salt | To Taste |
MAKING
1. In a pan, pour vegetable oil. When the oil is hot add onion and fry till they are slightly brown.
2. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, crushed black pepper, dry mango powder, tomato paste, and tomato sauce. Stir well.
3. Add chicken strips, coat it well with spices. Fry the chicken pieces till they turn white.
4. Add chopped tomato, capsicum, chopped green chilies, and salt to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes.
SERVING
5. Serve hot.
