A delicious dish prepared from yogurt and mutton. Best served with rice or any Indian flatbread.

Ingredients

Mutton 300 Gram
Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Onion 1 , sliced
Cloves 3
Green cardamom 4
Cinnamon stick 1/2 Inch
Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
Whole dry red chilies 2 (Optional)
Red chili powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
Coriander seeds 1 Teaspoon
Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
Water 50 Milliliter
Salt To Taste
For garnishing
Slit green chilies To Taste
Chopped coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon (as needed)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a pan heat vegetable oil and add sliced onion to it. Saute till it turns brown.

2. Add whole gram masala (cloves, green cardamom, and cinnamon), turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt to taste.

3. Then add the yogurt, followed by the mutton. Stir well on high heat until the mutton is assimilated with the spices.

4. Add coriander seeds, water, ginger-garlic paste, and dry red chilies. Let it cook for 20 minutes or till the meat is tender.

SERVING

5. Serve garnished with slit green chilies and chopped coriander leaves.
