Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon , divided | |
Chopped onion | 1 Tablespoon | |
Chopped garlic | 1 Teaspoon | |
Green chili | 1 , torn | |
Chopped spring onion | 1 Teaspoon | |
Chicken stock | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
Water | 4 Cup (64 tbs) | |

GETTING READY
1. In a pan pour water, bring it to a boil and then add egg noodles and vegetable oil. Boil the noodles till they are al dente. Drain noodles and place in a bowl.
MAKING
2. In another pan heat vegetable oil, and saute onion, garlic, and green chili until translucent.
3. Add the mutton mince and stir well. Cook till the mutton is brown and cooked.
4. Season with salt to taste and continue frying.
FINALIZING
5. Add the mutton on top of the noodles, sprinkle chopped spring onions and pour chicken stock.
SERVING
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
