Refreshing and healthy lemonade spiced up with salt to keep you fresh during summer.


Juice of lemon 2
Ginger juice 1 Teaspoon (extracted from fresh ginger root)
Water 160 Milliliter
Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Volcanic salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Ice cubes 5 (4



1. Squeeze the juice of two lemons.

2. Extract the juice from chopped ginger.

3. Combine lime and ginger juice in a bowl.


4. In a pan, add 100 ml of water and sugar. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

5. When syrup is cool, add lime and ginger juice.


6. To serve, add 2 tbsp of syrup to a glass of chilled water. Add volcanic salt and some crushed ice. Mix well.


7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
