Amchoor powder | 1 Teaspoon (raw mango powder) | |
Red chili powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Cumin seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Mustard seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Turmeric powder | 1/6 Teaspoon | |
Vegetable oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
Asafoetida | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Water | 200 Milliliter | |
Salt | To Taste | |

Coriander leaves | 1 Tablespoon |
GETTING READY
1. In a bowl add red chili powder, turmeric powder, amchoor (Raw mango powder), and coriander powder. Pour water (150 ml) and mix well.
MAKING
2. In a pan add vegetable oil.
3. When the oil is hot add asafoetida, mustard seeds, and cumin seeds. Let it splutter.
4. Pour water and spices mix. Add another 50 ml of water and allow it to boil.
5. Add the sookhi roti pieces and cook till they get soft.
6. Add chopped tomato and salt to taste. Stir well.
SERVING
7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
