GETTING READY
1.In a blender add cumin seeds, coriander powder, ginger paste, chopped garlic, chopped onion, green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg powder, asafetida, salt to taste and turmeric powder. Blend into a smooth paste.
2.Add the paste to the mutton pieces. Pour water (10 ml) to the blender to get all the leftover paste out. Add this to the mutton. Marinate the mutton for about 20 minutes.
MAKING
3.In a pan add vegetable oil. When the oil is hot add the mutton pieces. Cook until the mutton is perfect and tender.
SERVING
4.Garnish with carrots & capsicum juliennes and serve hot.
