This scrumptious Indian style chicken needs no introduction. Its easy to prepare and needs just a few simple pantry ingredients.

Garlic paste | 1 Teaspoon | |
Ginger paste | 1 Teaspoon | |
Oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For deep frying) | |
For gravy | ||
Onion | 1 Medium , sliced | |
Green chili | 4 , chopped | |
Soya sauce | 4 Tablespoon | |
Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
Vegetable oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
For garnishing | ||
Green chili | 2 , slitted |
GETTING READY
1. In a bowl add the chicken pieces, ginger paste, garlic paste, and egg. Mix well and make sure all chicken pieces are well coated.
2. Add corn flour and mix everything together. Add more corn flour if required.
MAKING
3. In a pan, heat oil and deep fry the chicken pieces over high heat until they are cooked and golden brown. You can also use a deep fryer. Take the chicken pieces out and place on a kitchen towel and keep aside.
For Gravy:
4. In a wok/ pan, heat vegetable oil, add sliced onion and stir fry until translucent.
5. Add chopped green chilies. Once the chilies release there oil add soya sauce, vinegar, and salt to taste.
6. Add the pieces of fried chicken and cook until the sauce becomes thick.
SERVING
7. Garnish with green chilies and serve hot
