A quick Indian condiment prepared with yogurt and cucumber. The spices give the recipe a twist and make it scrumptious.

Ingredients

Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Greek or Indian)
Cucumber 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , deseeded, chopped
Cumin powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
For garnishing
Cayenne pepper powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Cumin powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Coriander sprig 1

Directions

MAKING

1. In a mixing bowl, add the yogurt and whip with a fork or a whip. Make it as smooth as you can.

2. Add the coriander powder, and cumin powder. Mix well.

3. Season with salt to taste and then add the cucumber. Mix it well.

FINALIZING

4. Garnish with cayenne pepper powder, cumin powder, and a sprig of coriander leaves.

SERVING

5. Serve chilled
