Yogurt | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Greek or Indian) | |
Cucumber | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , deseeded, chopped | |
Cumin powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Coriander powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
For garnishing | ||
Cayenne pepper powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Cumin powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Coriander sprig | 1 |
MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl, add the yogurt and whip with a fork or a whip. Make it as smooth as you can.
2. Add the coriander powder, and cumin powder. Mix well.
3. Season with salt to taste and then add the cucumber. Mix it well.
FINALIZING
4. Garnish with cayenne pepper powder, cumin powder, and a sprig of coriander leaves.
SERVING
5. Serve chilled
