Creamy Cucumber Raita

Cucumber Raita is the perfect summer coolers, made with finely chopped cucumber and onion. Seasoned with roasted cumin seeds which gives it a totally Indian flavor.


Cucumber 1 Medium , cubed
Onion 2 Tablespoon , finely chopped
Green chili 1/4 Teaspoon , finely chopped
Non fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Roasted cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon , grounded
Salt To Taste



1. In a medium bowl, add in all the ingredients and mix well until well combined.


2. Serve cucumber raita with your favorite parantha.
