Cucumber Raita is the perfect summer coolers, made with finely chopped cucumber and onion. Seasoned with roasted cumin seeds which gives it a totally Indian flavor.

Green chili | 1/4 Teaspoon , finely chopped | |
Non fat yogurt | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Roasted cumin seeds | 1 Teaspoon , grounded | |

MAKING
1. In a medium bowl, add in all the ingredients and mix well until well combined.
SERVING
2. Serve cucumber raita with your favorite parantha.
