Spicy Paneer and Corn Pizza

If you are planning a pizza party for the weekend, then this is the perfect pizza for your guest. Serve along with some fresh fruit juice or any soft drink of their choice.

Ingredients

For cottage cheese
Cottage cheese 250 Gram , cubed
Red chili powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Yogurt 2 Tablespoon , beaten
Salt To Taste
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Other ingredients
Pizza bread 2 Medium
Butter 2 Teaspoon , divided
Pizza sauce 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , divided
Corn 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , divided
Green bell pepper 1 , sliced and divided
Mushroom 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , sliced and divided
Vegetarian mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) , grated and divided
Oregano 1 Teaspoon , divided
Red chili flakes 1/2 Teaspoon , divided

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a medium bowl, add in all the ingredients for cottage cheese marinate except the oil and mix well. Let it sit for 15 minutes.

3. In a pan, heat the oil and add in the marinated cottage cheese and cook until brown. Set aside.

MAKING

4. Spread the butter on the pizza breads evenly.

5. Top with 1/4 cup of pizza sauce on each pizza bread and spread with a spatula.

6. Arrange a layer of mozzarella cheese on the bread, followed by cooked cottage cheese, green bell pepper, corn and mushroom.

7. Season the pizza with oregano and red chili flakes.

8. Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts and the bread a little crisp.

SERVING

9. Garnish the pizza with some more oregano and chili flakes. Serve and enjoy!
