Another interesting chicken dish that you can make at home. Chicken is rich in protein, which is very essential for making new cells in your body. Animal protein is a complete protein with all essential amino acids, and this chicken lollipop is an interesting way to get that protein. Go ahead and try it out for yourself. It is not as difficult as it seems.

Chicken wings 6
Oil 400 Milliliter (For deep frying)
For marinade
Egg 1
Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
Rice flour 2 Tablespoon
Cornflour 1 Tablespoon
Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste

1. This dish is made particularly with chicken wings. Take a wing, cut it in the center into two pieces. Hold the bone of each piece and push the flesh upwards. Make this for all the other pieces. For those second pieces, which have two bones sticking out, remove one of the bones.

2. Take a wide bowl and whisk the egg. Add all the ingredients to this except the chicken.

3. Soak the chicken pieces in this spice mixture and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

4. Take a frying pan, add oil, and heat it.

5. Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces in moderate heat until they turn golden brown. If the heat is too high, you may want to simmer it in order for the chicken to cook thoroughly.

6. This is good enough to be eaten on its own. You can also choose to serve with tomato sauce.
