GETTING READY:
1.Peel the ridge gourd and cut into small pieces.
2.Grind the green chili into a fine paste.
3.Finely chop the onions.
MAKING:
4.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds.
5.Once they begin to splutter, add the onions, ginger garlic paste and the green chili paste and sauté for a minute.
6.Add the ridge gourd pieces, turmeric, and salt, stir fry and cover with a lid for 10 minutes.
SERVING:
7.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot with rice or roti.
