Jaggery | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Coriander leaves | 1 Teaspoon , chopped finely | |

MAKING:
1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chickpeas,red chili and curry leaves.
2.Once it splutters, add the gherkin slices and sauté for a minute.
3.Add the chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder,salt and mix it well.
4.Pour water and allow it to cook for 10 minutes with a closed lid on a slow flame.
5.Once it gets cooked add the jiggery and coriander leaves.
SERVING:
6.Serve It hot with roti or rice.
