Ingredients

Taro root 250 Gram , boil
Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Tumeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Cumin powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY:

1.Boil the taro root and peel it.

2.Cut the boiled taro root into 1 inch pieces.

MAKING:

3.Heat oil in a pan.

4.Add the taro root pieces, chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt.

5.Fry it for 5 – 10 minutes until it turns crispy.

SERVING:

6.Serve it hot along with roti or rice.
