Homemade Ulli Dose

One of our family favourite and a regular back home. It gives the dosa the extra crunch and taste.


Dosa batter 1 Tablespoon (ladle)
Onions 1 Tablespoon , chop
Green chili 1 , slice
Coriander leaves 1 Teaspoon , chopped finely
Ginger 1/4 Teaspoon , grated
Oil 2 Teaspoon



1.Heat the pan and pour the dosa batter and spread it evenly.

2.Grease the corners of the dosa with oil

3.Once the dosa is well cooked, add the onions, green chili, ginger slices and coriander leaves.

4.Roll the dosa and remove from the flame


5.Serve them hot with chutney, pickle or sambhar.
