Boneless Palak Chicken

Bored of eating plain spinach,here's what you can do to give it a tasty twist.Just add chicken and voila watch it disappear within minutes. It's the perfect blend of health and taste. This vegetable and chicken combo is a winner!!!


Boneless chicken 1/2 Kilogram , bite size pieces
Spinach 4 Bunch (400 gm) , chop (Palak)
Oil 3 Tablespoon
Onion 2 Medium , slice
Green chiles 3 Medium , slit lengthwise
Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
Tumeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Coriander powder 1/2 Teaspoon (dhania powder)
Water 1/4 Teaspoon
Food color 1 Pinch (red color) (Optional)
Garam masala powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander leaves 1/2 Bunch (50 gm) , chopped finely
Salt To Taste



1.In a bowl ,add the chicken along with turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, food colour ,garam masala and salt, mix it well and set aside.

2.Slice the onions and set aside.


3.In a pressure cooker, pour oil and heat it.

4.Once it is heated, add the onions, green chilies, ginger garlic paste and sauté until it turns golden brown.

5.Add the chicken and stir fry well.

6.Add the spinach and water.

7.Pressure cook for 2 whistles.


8.Serve it along with roti or phulka. It goes well along with rice too.
