A tasty side dish that is mostly eaten for breakfasts along with dosa,idli,vada etc. Dosakaya (yellow cucumber) is always preferred when sour, and not if it is bitter or sweet for such dishes.

MAKING:
1.Take a frying pan and heat the oil.
2.Add the split black gram,split bengal gram, mustard seeds, cumin seeds ,green chilies.
3.Add diced yellow cucumber, ginger garlic paste, mint leaves, coriander,tomatoes and let it cook for 2 mins.
4.Turn off the heat.
5.Once the ingredients cool down, coarsely grind it .
SERVING:
6.Serve this chutney with dosa and idli.
