Festivities are always demanding and quite pressing especially when around the corner. Here is a sweet delicacy that can me made in less time with less efforts.

Ingredients

Whole wheat flour /atta 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Powdered sugar 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Ghee 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Raisins 1 Tablespoon
Cloves 8
Cardamom powder 1 Teaspoon
Cashew nuts 8 , halved
Almond 8 , halved

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Heat ghee in a kadhai and roast cashew nuts, almonds, raisins and cloves.

2. Add the wheat flour and roast for about 7 - 8 minutes.

3. Let it cool down to warm temperature.

4. Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.

MAKING

5. Make laddus out of the mixture using both the palms.

SERVING

6. Garnish with sliced almonds if desired and serve.
