Maida 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Khoya 250 Gram
Dry fruits 3 Teaspoon , chopped finely
Sugar 200 Gram
Cloves 15
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (use a little more/ less if required)



1. First we have to make the syrup. Take a pan, heat water and sugar till sugar is completely dissolved.

2. Now take a pan, put on low flame and stir khoya and chopped dried fruits for 20 mins now.

3. Take maida, add 1 teaspoon oil and mix well. Add water and knead the dough.

4. Divide dough in to 15 pieces. Take one piece of dough and roll it like roti, put 1 tbsp khoya in the center of roti and fold it from two sides and lastly fold it from top and bottom. The shape should resemble a square. Take a piece of clove, seal the center of the square. Repeat with the rest of the dough.

5. Take a pan, put oil in it and on medium flame fry all laung latta and put it in sugar syrup for atleast 10-15 mins.


6. Laung latta is ready to serve. Enjoy.
