Quick Easy Badam Kulfi

This is a perfect summertime treat for children. It is high in energy and calories, which are very much needed for the ever-active kids. Milk is a great source of calcium and aids in stronger bones and teeth. Almonds (aka badam) are rich in vitamin E and B vitamins, which are essential for healthy cell formation and function. Other minerals such as iron, calcium, and potassium are also found in almonds. Therefore, this badam kulfi will not only make your child happy, but it will make him/her healthy too!


Milk powder 2 Tablespoon
Sweetened badam powder 2 Tablespoon
Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Milk 3 Tablespoon



1. In a glass, add the milk powder and sweetened badam powder.

2. Add little water or milk and mix to a creamy consistency.

3. Add the sugar and mix it well.

4. Pour the mixture into a kulfi mold and freeze until set.


5. Unmold the kulfi and serve.
