Watermelon Juice with Desi Tadka

Watermelon is rich in anti-oxidants and its juice during summer quenches thirst and also acts as a heat reducer. So beat heat with chilled watermelon juice.


Watermelon flesh 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Black salt To Taste
Roasted cumin powder To Taste
Sugar To Taste (Optional)



1. In blender, add watermelon and blend until smooth.

2. Strain and add roasted cumin powder, salt, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well.

3. Pop the juice in refrigerator to chill.


4. Pour it in a glass and serve chilled.
