GETTING READY
1) Keep fried cauliflower florets and roasted peanuts ready.
2) Beat the low-fat yogurt until it turns into thick paste like consistency.
MAKING
3) In a skillet, add some butter and allow it to melt.
4) Now add the curry leaves and black mustard for tempering.
5) Next add sliced onion wedges and stir fry till it turns golden.
6) Add fried cauliflowers and capsicum with required amount of salt.
7) Add yogurt and required semolina into this skillet and stir on medium flame for next 10 minutes.
8) Make sure that your semolina turns into light brown or golden in color.
9) Stir continuously to make a thick and dry porridge out of it.
FINALIZING
10) Add the roasted peanuts.
SERVING
11) Serve it with a dash of lemon juice and fried cashew nuts.
