Low Fat Green Gram Salted Pastries With Tomato And Raisin Chutney

Low fat green gram salted pastries is high in health index as it is made with whole wheat flour all blended with green gram paste. It has very high dose of iron that is required by anemic patients ( anemia is a debilitating health condition in which generation of blood cells are limited ).

Ingredients

Capsicum 2 Small
Whole wheat flour 1 Bag (1 kg)
Green gram 1 Can (10 oz)
Carrots 2 Medium
Cabbage 3 Large

Directions

1)Knead whole wheat flour with the paste of green gram

2) Make small sheets out of dumplings

3) In another wok, heat some oil

4) Stir fry the vegetable ingredients

5) Stuff all the fried ingredients in the rolled sheets

6) Seal the ends of these stuffed dumplings manually

7) Pop into oven and bake at 350 degree Celsius for 25 mins

8) Serve by garnishing cilantro and almonds over it
