Pepper and Salt Okra

Okra 500 Gram , cut into long strips
Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Spring onions 2 Medium , slice
Soya sauce 1 Tablespoon
Green chiles 4 , mince
Onion 1 Medium , mince
Garlic cloves 2 Medium , mince
Salt To Taste
Coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon , chop



1. In a bowl, mix together the coriander leaves, garlic, green chillies and onion.

2. In a wok, heat oil. Add the above mix into the wok and cook for a minute.

3. Add the sliced okra, spring onions, soya sauce, pepper and salt. Stir fry until done.


4. Plate and serve with chapatis or as a side with rice and curry.
