Ten Minute Fish Curry

This kerala fish curry is really yummy, totally healthy (not a drop of oil goes into the dish) and it takes only 10 minutes to make!

Ingredients

Fish 1 Pound , cleaned (mackerel or sardines or pomfret)
Onion 1 Medium , chop
Green chillies 2 Medium , slit lengthwise
Curry leaves 5 Medium
Chilly powder 2 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Tomato puree 2 Tablespoon
Tomato ketchup 2 Teaspoon
Coconut milk 2 Tablespoon
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a microwavable bowl, add the fish, chopped onion, green chillies, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and tomato puree and mix well together.

2. Add the water and microwave the mix for 6 minutes.

3. Add the coconut paste and tomato ketchup and microwave for 2 more minutes.

SERVING

4. Serve the fish curry along with brown rice and tomato salad.
