Green beans can be used in place of Cluster Beans.

Cilantro | 2 Tablespoon , finely chopped |
GETTING READY
1. Take the washed and dried cluster beans, remove the tops off the beans and cut into 2 inch pieces. Place them in a bowl and keep aside.
MAKING
2. In a pressure cooker over medium heat, add oil, ajwain, hing, turmeric powder, cluster beans and stir well.
3. Add in the green chili paste, garlic paste, sesame seeds, ground peanut, water, coriander cumin powder, salt, brown sugar and mix until well incorporated.
4. Cover the cooker with the lid and let it cook on medium high heat for 5 whistles. Once done remove from heat and let the pressure in the cooker come down naturally.
SERVING
5. Serve the guvar nu shaak hot, garnished with chopped cilantro alongside chapati or a bowl of rice.
NOTES
If the cluster beans are not fresh then it will take about 6-7 whistles to cook in the cooker.
