Paneer Sandwich

A protein packed sandwich.


Bread slices 4 Medium
Paneer 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , crumbled
Tomato 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , chopped
Bell pepper 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , chopped
Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt 2 Teaspoon ((to taste))
Butter 1 Tablespoon ((margarine))
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Potato hash brown 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)



1.In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil, add cumin seeds and sauté paneer and onion.

2.Then add potato, tomato and saute for about 5 minutes.

3.Add curry powder and salt and mix well.

4.Take a bread slice, apply butter and spread the filling.

5.Close with another bread slice and grill in a toaster until brown and crispy.


6.Serve with sauce or chutney.
