Bread slices | 4 Medium | |
Paneer | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , crumbled | |
Tomato | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , chopped | |
Bell pepper | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , chopped | |
Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 2 Teaspoon (to taste) | |
Butter | 1 Tablespoon (margarine) | |
Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Cumin seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Potato hash brown | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) |
MAKING
1. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil, add cumin seeds and sauté paneer and onion.
2. Then add potato, tomato and saute for about 5 minutes.
3. Add curry powder and salt and mix well.
4. Take a bread slice, apply butter and spread the filling.
5. Close with another bread slice and grill in a toaster until brown and crispy.
SERVING
6. Serve with sauce or chutney.
