Cheese and Onion Pork Chops

Ingredients

Pork chops 4
Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
English mustard 1 Teaspoon
Caramelized onions 4 Tablespoon (From a jar)
Cheshire cheese 2 Ounce , grated (50 Grams)
Thyme 1 Teaspoon , chopped

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Heat grill to high.

MAKING

2) Place the chops on a grill pan, rub with oil and season.

3) Grill for about 6 mins on each side, until golden.

4) Spread a little mustard over one side of each chop, then top with 1 tbsp onions.

5) Mix the cheese and thyme, sprinkle over the chops, then grill until golden and bubbly.

SERVING

6) Serve the chops as side dish.
