Date Roll Sandwiches

Cream cheese 3 Ounce , softened (1 Package)
Milk 1 Tablespoon
Finely chopped candied ginger 1 Tablespoon
Canned date nut roll 8 Ounce (As Needed)



1. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, milk and candied ginger.

2. Cut the date-nut roll into 3/8 inch thick slices.


3. On half of the slices, spread cheese mixture and top with another slice.

4. Using a round cutter, cut crescent from any one side of the sandwich.

5. Use remaining pieces to make petal-shaped sandwich.


6. Serve immediately.
