Chicken Rice With Yogurt Salad

Delicious recipe of chicken cooked with rice in Indian style. A must try for everyone.

Ingredients

For chicken rice
Chicken breast 1
Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Onion 1
Green pepper 1
Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon
Garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
Yoghurt salad
Salt To Taste
Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Red chili powder 1 Tablespoon
Cucumber 1 , cut
Tomato 1 , cut

Directions

Chicken Rice

Heat oil on medium heat.

Fry the onion in oil.

Add and fry the chicken in it.

Add Green pepper

Add ginger and garlic paste

Cook for 5 minutes

Add salt and chili powder as per taste

Add 2.5 half cup of water

Add washed rice

In 10-15 minutes it will be ready.

Yoghurt Salad

Put yoghurt in bowl

Add milk to it

Add salt and red chilly powder as per taste

Add cut cucumber and cut tomato

Mix well

Ready to serve
