This is a traditional Navratan Korma recipe from Mughlai Cuisine. Navratan Korma is a very delicious Indian curry . It is included as a main dish in Indian lunch and dinner menu . |Ginger garlic paste||1 Teaspoon|
|Coriander powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Chilli powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Turmeric powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Masala powder powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Masala powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Fresh cream||1 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Black grapes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pineapple||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Small Pieces)|
|Dried grapes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cashewnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|

Point 1- Fry the paneer in some oil and after frying them add them to hot water.
Point 2- Heat some ghee in a different pan, add the ginger Garlic paste, add the onions and fry them till they turn golden brown
Point 3- After the oil separates from the masala add the tomato paste, turmeric powder, masala powder, chilli powder, coriander powder .
Point 4-After they come to a boil add the vegetables and let them come to a boil.
Point 5- Then add the cream and milk to it, finally after they come to a boil add the fried paneer, pineapple and the dry fruits .
Before serving add coriander leaves and lemon juice
