Hari Mirch Ka Tadka

Ingredients

Green chili 1
Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Sugar To Taste

Directions

• Heat the oil in cauldron

• In the heated oil fry mustard seeds

• Add freshly cut chilli in it

• Stir it

• Now mix turmeric powder and coriander powder

• Stir for 2 minutes

• Mix salt to taste

• Add ½ tea spoon of sugar

• Stir for one minute

• Now the hari mirch chhownka is ready

• Serve in lunch and diner
