Paneer 250 Gram (Cottage Cheese)
Besan 150 Gram (Gram Flour)
Refined oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For deep frying)
Baking powder 1 Pinch
Salt To Taste


• Take the gram flour (besan) add a pinch of backing powder and some salt according to your test

• Mix water slowly in it to prepare thick coat, beat it properly for best result.

• Heat the refined oil

• Dip paneer pieces into gram flour batter and fry in heated oil

• Turn around to fry well

• Now paneer pakora is ready to serve.
