Besan | 200 Gram (Gram Flour) | |

Coriander leaves | 1 Tablespoon | |
Mustard seed | 1 Teaspoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Mustard oil/Vegetable oil | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Chutney: | ||
Tomato | 200 Gram , cut | |
Green chili | 5 | |
Mint leaves | 1 Bunch (100 gm) | |
Coriander leaves | 1 Bunch (100 gm) |
Method for Chatni:-
* Put the all chutni ingredient into the mixture and grind it properly
* Ensure that chatni is properly mixed
* Than pour it into the bowl
* Now chatni is ready to use
Method:-
Now prepare potato for stuffing
* Mash the boiled potato
* Put a big spoon mustard oil in frying pan and heat it
* Fry mustard seed in it
* Put chilli, coriander and curry leaves
* Add boiled potato and stir it
* Mix salt according to test and fry all ingredients for three minutes
* Take basan add a pinch (1/4th teaspoon) of backing powder and some salt according to test
* Mix water slowly in it to prepare thick coat beat it properly (for2-3 min) for best result
* Make the small ball like shape of already prepared potato
* Heat mustard oil in cauldron
* Dip potato into the gram flour (besan) and deep fry it in mustard oil on medium flame
* Keep it turning around to fry well
* Bada is ready
* Cut the bun and press bada in between
* Put some chatni over it
* Now tasty Bada paw is ready to serve.
