Mumbai Special Vada Pav - Part 2 : Assembling the Vada Pav

The vada pav is a meal in itself. A light meal. The vada and the pav are two separate dishes combined together. The two can be eaten alone also. But together they are a great combination.

Ingredients

Potato batter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Bun 2

Directions

Make flat cakes of the Vada batter and dip it into chickpea batter.

Fry the vadas until golden brown.

Serve them with red and green chutney and Pav or bun.
