Perilla | 100 Gram (Silam) | |
Dried chillies | 5 (Pods) | |
Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
Ginger | 1/2 Inch | |
Salt | 1 Teaspoon |
Roast the Silam and dried chilli in a pan for 10 minutes.
Grind roasted Silam and chilli with ginger and salt in a mortar.
Mix lemon juice to taste.
