Ingredients

Oil 1 Teaspoon
Butter 2 Tablespoon
Capsicum 1/2 , chopped
Onions 2 , chopped
Carrot 1 , chopped
Green chili 2 , chopped
Ginger piece 1 Inch , chopped
Tomatoes 4 , chopped
Salt To Taste
Boiled potatoes 3/20 Cup (2.4 tbs)
Boiled peas 3/20 Cup (2.4 tbs)
Boiled cauliflower 3/20 Cup (2.4 tbs)
Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Pav bhaji masala 2 Teaspoon
Kasoori methi 1/4 Teaspoon
Red chili paste 1 Teaspoon (mixed with 4 tbsp water)
Raw rice 2 Cup (32 tbs) , (soaked for 15 mins, then boiled till ¾ done, strained and cooled to room temp.
Coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon , chopped finely
Lemon juice 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING:

1. Heat up a tawa, add in the butter and the oil. Once hot, add in the onions, capsicum, carrots, green chili and ginger and cook for a minute.

2. Add in the chopped tomatoes & salt, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Next goes in the boiled potatoes, peas, cauliflower along with the red chili powder, pav bhaji masala and kasoori methi and cook for 4-5 minutes.

3. Add in the red chili paste and stir well, next add in rice, coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.

SERVING:

4. Serve hot!
