Grated carrot 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Curd 1 Cup (16 tbs) (whisk the curd to avoid lumps)

Red chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoon
For tadka raita
Green chillies 4
Refined oil 1 Tablespoon
Chopped garlic 2 Tablespoon
Mustard seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Curd 1 Cup (16 tbs) (whisk the curd to avoid lumps)
Dry red chillies 3
Chopped coriander 1 Tablespoon
Curd 1 Cup (16 tbs) (whisk the curd to avoid lumps)

Carrot Raita

1. In a bowl, add grated carrots, curd, black salt, red chilli powder.

2. Mix well, garnish with grated carrots & serve.

Chilli Garlic Raita

1. Slit green chillies, deseed and chop them.

2. In a pan, add the chopped green chillies, chopped garlic and saute well.

3. Add the sauteed chilli garlic mixture, chopped coriander to a bowl of curd and mix well.

4. Garnish with the remaining mixture, chopped coriander and serve.

Tadka Raita

1. In a pan, add refined oil, mustard seeds, dry red chillies and let them splutter.

2. Add the spices to a bowl of curd with a pinch of salt and serve.
