Keep this paste on hand to make a quick Fish or Shrimp Goan curry.

Ingredients

Kashmiri chillies 10
Peppercorns 10
Cloves 4
Cardamons 2
Cinnamon piece 2 Inch
Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
Ginger piece 1 Inch
Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm)
Vinegar 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING:                        

In a food processor, combine Kashmiri chillies, peppercorns, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, cumin, mustard, turmeric and grind well.

Add ginger, garlic, vinegar and grind until smooth.

 

SERVING:                       

Make your favourite Goan curry with this paste, serve and enjoy!
