Kadak tikhi/masala puri is an easy to make and it is dry Crispy breakfast/snack, stay for a month. I love crispy puris while traveling.

Ingredients

Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sooji 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Sugar 1 Teaspoon (optional)
Oil 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs)
Fenugreek leaves 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Green chilli paste To Taste
