Tamarind chutney 2 Tablespoon
Green chutney 2 Tablespoon
For stuffing:
Potato 1 Medium , boiled and mashed
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , chopped finely
Coriander powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Green chillies 2
Ginger To Taste
Cumin seeds 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon , finely chopped
Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
For batter:
Chickpea flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Rice flour 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1 Pinch
Baking soda 1/8 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder To Taste
Carrom seeds 1/4 Teaspoon
