Assorted Makhaniya Biscuits / Jalepeno, Fenugreek Flavored

I love Makhania Biscuits with Masala chai and perfect while traveling as well. For my 26 days long trip to Argentina Antarctica, I decided to make variety of my favorite flavored biscuits to satisfy my crave while I am going to miss my home cooked yummy food. These biscuits are commonly made in my community during big get together such as wedding or reunions and so on. You can use any ready mixed pancake flour but for some reason the Pioneer brand Buttermilk pancake flour mix makes the best biscuits so do try out.


Buttermilk baking mix 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Melted butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Jalapeno To Taste , choppped finely
Shahi jeera 1 Teaspoon
Fenugreek leaves To Taste
Turmeric powder 2 Pinch
Black pepper To Taste
