Spicy Vegetable Pulao

The spicy vegetable pulao features a common blend of veggies and everyday spices, yet the outcome so delicious, you will want to make it more than once a week!


Boiled mixed vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs) , cubed (french beans and carrot)
Boiled green peas 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Ghee 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Fried onions 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
For grinding:
Garlic 7 Clove (35 gm) (lehsun)
Dry kashmiri red chillies 7 , broken into pieces
Ginger piece 1 Inch (adrak)
Coriander seeds 1 Tablespoon (dhania)
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon (jeera)
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
For garnish:
Fried onions 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Finely chopped coriander 2 Tablespoon



Heat a pan with ghee and add prepared paste.

Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame and stir well.

Add vegetables, peas, salt, water and cook for 2 minutes (stir occasionally).

Add rice, fried onions, mix well and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.

Garnish with deep fried onions and coriander.



Serve and enjoy!
