Learn how to make Dhaba style Anda Curry recipe from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani. Egg Curry is a delicious Indian main course that is easy and quick to make at home.


For masala paste:
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Onion 2
Grated coconut 5 Tablespoon
Coriander seeds 1 Tablespoon
Poppy seeds 1 Tablespoon
Black pepper 12
Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm)
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Masala mix 1 Tablespoon
For curry:
Coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon
Oil 3 Tablespoon
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Boiled eggs 6




1. In a flat bottom pan heat some oil.

2. Add onion, grated coconut, coriander seeds, poppy seeds, black pepper & garlic. Roast everything well till it changes colour.

3. Remove it in a plate and let it cool down completely.

4. Transfer it in a mixer grinder. Also add salt, mix masala and water.

5. Grind everything to a smooth paste. Masala paste is ready to be used.



1. In a pan heat some oil.

2. Add coriander leaves and the masala paste. Stir well.

3. Add little water and give a stir. Cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 10 minutes.

4. Add boiled eggs. Add water if required.

5. Cover it with a lid and let everything simmer for 5 minutes.


6. Egg Curry is ready to be served.
